What TERRIBLE service, I went to the agency to check the possibility of lowering or removing the monthly fee from the account because today it is one of the biggest in Brazil and everything I tried was useless, I would have to send a request and then someone would check the possibility. .. they couldn't help me or solve anything, I couldn't validate the app's itoken either by facial recognition or biometrics, and no one could help me, they just asked me to call the center, now let's see if the center will resolve it, I spent almost two hours at the bank so it doesn't solve anything, I've been talking about canceling the account since 1998 and they don't care about the customer, when they say ok you just need to withdraw the money from the account and you can cancel it via the app "you don't even need to come back here", I don't recommend it to ANYONE I hope Itaú's service isn't like this in all branches because I'm totally dissatisfied with this one. Better go find a digital bank and you'll be better served, and I'll reset my positions in Itaú shares too, goodbye ITUB3.

Excellent service from the door to management. Very polite and efficient. I opened an account this week, I only had a first impression, which satisfied me. Easy access location, possibility of leaving the car in front or on the side street as it is on a corner. Space for wheelchair users as well as accessible entrance and provision of a wheelchair inside the bank if necessary. It's a small unit, has about 5 ATMs, access to which is the same, you have to go through the metal detector revolving door, but nothing that makes it difficult as the object holder is directly on the door, making life easier and on the outside It has a luggage storage. I didn't pay much attention to the details, but it seems that to use the luggage storage you need a bank card. If there is anything to add, I will edit this review.
